AnonM/s Convention Safety Policy
Health & Safety Protocols During COVID
Our main objective at AnonM/s is to provide our guests with an environment that is educational, comfortable, and safe. The protocols listed below guide us in achieving that goal. Please review these protocols thoroughly to familiarize yourself with how you can help us.
Medical professionals worldwide advise that the best defense against COVID-19 is getting vaccinated and wearing masks. At our 2022 AnonM/s Con, all guests, regardless of vaccination status, will be required to wear masks at all times, unless eating or drinking at a set location.
At this time, we will not require Guests to be vaccinated or show negative test results. We believe in your Privacy over all else. This protocol may change between now and the Con, if federal, state, or local mandates require us to do so.
A “AnonM/s 2022” mask will be provided in everyone’s “Swag Bag” as a thank you from us to you.
We ask that if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have tested positive for the virus within 10 days prior to the AnonM/s 2022 Con, please stay home. Please use hand sanitizer frequently throughout the weekend and wash your hands regularly. Please be aware of social distancing.
Hotel Providence COVID-19 Policy
What to Expect During your Stay
We are committed to providing a safe and clean environment for our guests and team members. We have implemented a variety of new protocols to enhance overall cleanliness of our hotel, now and in the future.
Our cleanliness commitment builds on existing rigorous safety and cleanliness protocols. Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to arrival. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators. Hand sanitizers are positioned for guests, visitors, and employees throughout our hotel. Out of the safety for our guests and staff, housekeeping services will be provided on a limited basis.
Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Consistent with the most recent CDC guidance, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law. We ask that unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
It is of utmost importance that you feel informed and comfortable during your stay with us. Some of our amenities may not be available during your visit. We encourage you to contact us directly with any questions or concerns prior to your arrival. Our team is dedicated to the well-being of our valued guests and associates. Please let us know if there is anything more we can do to assist you during your stay.
